Wayne is the CEO and co-founder of Network315, Inc. He has a background in computer science and systems analysis. He also co-founded Sankofa, Inc. that develops highly-correlated databases from social media sources and is a member of the four-member management team managing North American Wave Engine Company that develops innovation Pulse Jet Technology. Wayne is a former Senior Partner at the International law firm Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr where he specialized in protecting client’s Intellectual Property rights through litigation, licensing, and securing patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and advising clients on business strategies to monetize their technology. Wayne is a trustee of the Museum of Science Boston and a member of the board of advisors for the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Wayne received his B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and his J.D. from the National Law Center at The George Washington Law School.
