Richeline “Richie” Cadet is a community activist and political organizer. She’s a proud state-school graduate of Salem State University with a dual degree in Political Science & Criminal Justice. She has been a lifelong Boston resident and has lived in every district/neighborhood in the city of Boston. During her undergrad years, she spent years advocating for her peers by serving on the University Board of Trustees as a Student Trustee; amongst other students organization, she served on. She is known for championing and being an influential supporter of Racial Justice, Education, LGBTQIA+ causes, Housing/environmental issues, Immigration, and mental health causes.

As a former Regional Organizing Director for the Fair Share Amendment and the former Deputy Campaign Manager for Rep. Liz Miranda for State Senate. Richeline is excited to bring her diverse experiences to MassCreative as the Organizing Director, working to close the gap where Art, Culture, and policy intersect; in hope of creating a more beautiful and unified commonwealth for everyone.
